First Brainstorming

For quite some time I had an idea in my mind, to do a monkey book for kids. Monkeys are such a divers category of animals. Starting from the bonobo,the monkey closest to us humans. Their characters are so divers as we humans are. This made it for me the perfect subject to start with a coloring and activity book about monkeys.

But I didn’t want just do those kind of regular books, so I was looking for a special twist. Many girls and boys and even me today are fascinated by the big, deep space with all its stars, planets and galaxies. So what not create a coloring book about Monkeys in Space.

There are several movies which prove there is an audience for a Monkey in Space theme. Like “Planet of the Apes” or even “Space Monkeys“.

Now I’m doing a list with all the little stories I wanna have in the book.
